Diesel Engine
A diesel engine is an engine that runs on diesel fuel. There are
two types, a primary chamber type and a pre-chamber type,
depending on combustion chamber shape. The former is also
referred to as a direct-injection type and the latter is also
referred to as an indirect-injection type.
Additionally, the pre-chamber type includes a pre-combustion
chamber type and a swirl-chamber type.
- Primary chamber type (direct-injection type)
- Pre-chamber type (indirect-injection type): Pre-combustion chamber type, swirl-chamber type
