Combustion temperature
Combustion temperature is linked to the generation of nitrogen
oxides (NOx), a dangerous component of exhaust gas that are
generated by the combination of nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O) in
the air as combustion temperatures rise.
Lowering combustion temperature is an effective way to reduce
nitrogen oxides (NOx).
