Emission regulations
Emission regulations is a general term for regulations that set
upper limits for air polluting substances such as carbon
monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, and black smoke that
are among the components of engine exhaust gas.
Today, as more focus is given to environmental protection
challenges, these regulations are being tightened year by year,
not only in Japan but on a global scale, and are expected to
become even more stringent in the future.
These regulations are classified according to the model
installed, and details vary by machine.
