Injection nozzle
An injection nozzle is a component made up of a nozzle-piece and a nozzle holder. Plays the role of injecting high pressure fuel supplied from the injection pump into the combustion chamber in an optimal injection state and timely manner.
Selected mainly according to combustion chamber shape, and combustion process, etc., and classified according to hole or pin type. Divided according to this classification method into four types: single hole nozzles, multi-hole nozzles, pintle nozzles, and throttle nozzles. Furthermore, since they are used under high temperature and high pressure conditions, they are given specially processed ultra-precision surface finishes using special materials.
