Engine oil
Engine oil not only reduces friction inside the engine, but also
performs five functions that enable the engine to operate
normally throughout its usage period.
These five functions are: (1) Perform a cleaning function that
keeps the inside of the engine clean, (2) Provide lubrication to
prevent friction between sliding parts, (3) Provide sealing to
improve compression performance by increasing the airtightness
of the piston rings, (4) Protect the inside of the engine from
rust, and (5) Absorb heat inside the engine and provide cooling
effects to prevent the overheating of important components.
Although engine oils are either mineral oils or synthetic oils,
synthetic oils provide the most advantages.
