Vapor lock
Vapor lock occurs when gasoline vaporizes in the fuel pipe
between the tank and carburetor or in the fuel filter bowl,
etc., and obstructs the supply of gasoline.
Vapor lock occurs when the temperature around the engine rises
due to driving at high speeds for long periods of time in
extreme heat or during high-load operation, and may cause the
engine to stop due to idling malfunctions, poor acceleration,
etc.
